Location: Sisters Grimm Oddities Parlor – Inside the Historic Menger Hotel, Downtown San Antonio
Position Type: Part-Time
Shifts: Morning (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) & Evening (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Schedule: 3–4 days/week, including weekends & holidays
Pay: Includes $50/month parking stipend

Sisters Grimm Oddities Parlor is a one-of-a-kind retail store specializing in spooky, gothic, and magical merchandise – right in the heart of historic San Antonio. We’re known for our unforgettable tours and whimsical shop filled with curiosities, books, jewelry, and more. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and sales-savvy individual to join our growing team!
Your Role:
As a Retail Sales Associate & Tour Booking Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand—greeting customers, ringing up purchases, booking ghost tours, and keeping the shop beautifully stocked and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in retail or sales (required)
✅ Comfortable working both morning and evening shifts
✅ Must be available weekends and holidays
✅ Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
✅ Confident in using a cash register & POS system
✅ Able to answer questions and promote our ghost tours
✅ Comfortable standing for long periods and assisting with light merchandising
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm
- Process transactions using our POS system with accuracy
- Handle cash responsibly and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Book tours and provide information about our experiences
- Restock and maintain displays to keep the store looking magical and inviting
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily sales goals
