The Client Service Representative provides the first impression of the hospital to clients and patients. The ideal applicant(s) will demonstrate excellent verbal skills, be enthusiastic, compassionate, friendly, have a professional appearance and professional demeanor, be able to multi-task, a positive team player, pay attention to detail and be reliable. A desire to help animals and their owners.
- Provide outstanding client service with a cheerful, positive attitude.

- Adapt to an ever-changing environment, where urgent cases will be taken as they arrive.
- Provide empathetic and helpful interaction to clients, vendors, peers, and managers.
- Have sound judgement regarding prioritization, next steps and in communication with clients, vendors and peers.
- Function independently and with a team, working together to provide outstanding client service.
- Take initiative to improve the client experience and hospital workflow
- Other duties as assigned.
- Greet clients and patients in a friendly manner
- Effectively communicate & resolve client questions
- Scheduling and checking in clients & patients
- Confirm appointments for the following day.
- Answer all incoming calls and route to the appropriate person, if needed.
- Gather and maintain patient records.
- Light cleaning of the exam rooms and front lobby area.
- Going over financial transactions and processing payment for services. Answering high volume calls
- Checking emails
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service
- Minimum of 1 year veterinary experience (Preferred)
- Willing and able to work in an ever-changing environment

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
