We're looking for an Estimator who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and helping bring construction projects to life.
Previous flooring experience is a plus—but it is not required. If you have estimating experience in construction or have the aptitude to learn, we'll teach you the flooring industry.
What You'll Do
As an Estimator, you'll play a critical role in helping our company win profitable work by preparing accurate and competitive bids.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing project plans and specifications
- Performing quantity takeoffs
- Requesting pricing from vendors and suppliers
- Preparing accurate estimates and proposals
- Identifying missing information and potential scope issues
- Working with our project management and sales teams
- Maintaining estimating records and historical pricing
- Participating in project turnover meetings after award
- Helping improve estimating processes and efficiency

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience estimating construction projects
- Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license
Construction estimating experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has the aptitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
