We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Greenhouse Laborer. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with plants and thrive in an active environment. Previous greenhouse experience is needed.
- Plant, transplant, and care for a variety of plants
- Water plants and assist with irrigation systems
- Monitor plant health and report any concerns
- Harvest plants and prepare them for shipment
- Prepare soil, planting trays, and growing materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe greenhouse environment
- Support daily greenhouse operations and additional tasks as needed
- Previous greenhouse experience
- Knowledge of plant care, gardening, or agriculture is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a warm, humid greenhouse environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
