Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems and manual patrols to monitor activity across the premises.
- Manage access control by performing background checks on visitors and verifying credentials for staff and vendors.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively.
- Operate security equipment such as Taser, AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and CPR devices to assist in emergencies.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks when necessary for incident response or equipment setup.
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and deterring theft or vandalism.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders during incidents, providing detailed reports and support as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in surveillance, CCTV operation, or security roles; military or law enforcement background highly preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, AED operation, Taser use, and conflict management techniques.
- Ability to perform background checks accurately and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities.
