Responsibilities:
Breakfast duties, greet incoming guests and welcome them to the hotel. Confirm reservations, explain hotel amenities, give directions to rooms, and produce room keys. Handle phone reservations, confirm previously-made reservations, give directions to the hotel and answer any questions customers have about the hotel.
Work Experience:
0-2 years of Hotel Receptionist Preferably at a Choice Hotel and knowledge of Choice Advantage.

- Formal training in hotel service
- Friendly and outgoing personality
