3 Brothers Decking is hiring experienced carpenters and deck builders to join our growing team. We design and build some of the Pacific Northwest's highest-quality outdoor living spaces, including custom decks, railings, patio covers, pergolas, and covered outdoor areas.
Our crews install premium products from industry-leading manufacturers including TimberTech, Azek, and Maisy Railing. If you enjoy craftsmanship, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a company known for excellence, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Build and install custom decks, railings, patio covers, pergolas, and outdoor structures
- Install premium TimberTech and Azek decking systems
- Install Maisy cable railing, framed glass railing, and frameless glass railing systems
- Perform demolition, framing, and site preparation
- Read plans and follow project specifications
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other crew members
- Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and customer service
Requirements
- Previous construction experience required
- Deck-building, framing, carpentry, or exterior construction experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Greater Seattle and Bellevue area
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors year-round
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Must show up on time and ready to work every day
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building decks and outdoor structures
- Experience installing composite decking products
- Experience installing aluminum, cable, or glass railing systems
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- Leadership experience for lead carpenter or foreman candidates
