JOB DESCRIPTION
SoCal PMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its multifamily portfolio. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing a variety of repairs and maintenance requests, grounds upkeep, and small projects. The ideal candidate will have technical skills and knowledge of carpentry, building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), painting, stucco repair, concrete repair, etc. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and knowledge of basic administrative tasks such as tracking and completing service requests are essential.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address leaks, clogs, drainage, and other plumbing issues.
- Handle miscellaneous repairs and replacements including lock changes, hardware repair, light replacement, etc.
- Maintain property grounds (paint touch ups, trash removal, light replacement, etc.)
- Complete emergency repairs (plumbing leaks, electrical outages, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Maintain building operations and ensure the facilities are safe and functional.
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience in residential property maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma and/or vocational degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
