Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Lead join oversee job site preparation, concrete pouring and finishing, and landscape/hardscape installation, including groundcovers, hardscapes, and fences. This role involves actively participating in the work, helping guide laborers, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and properly.
Responsibilities:
● Job site preparation
● Pouring & finishing concrete
● Landscape/hardscape installation (groundcovers, hardscapes, fences, etc.)
● Monitor laborers to ensure work is getting done efficiently and properly
Required Experience:
● 3+ years of experience in flatwork concrete
● 1+ years of experience in a leadership role in construction
● Must have strong knowledge of concrete prepping, forming, & finishing work
● Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
