Inside Sales Representative / Call Center Representative (Inbound & Outbound)
Location: Mesa, AZ (Onsite Position - Not Remote)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Availability Required Between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (Temp-to-Hire)
Permanent Hire Rate: $20.00/hour upon conversion
Performance Reviews: Every 90 days following permanent hire
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as an
Inside Sales Representative / Call Center Representative in Mesa, AZ. This onsite position combines inbound customer support with high-volume outbound sales activities. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, confidence in overcoming objections, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent growth potential and increased compensation upon permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Customer Calls

Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Gather and verify customer information while accurately entering data into company systems.

Provide information and assistance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
Outbound Sales Calls

Make 200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and prospective customers.

Present products and services while identifying customer needs.

Confidently overcome objections and provide effective rebuttals.

Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, professional phone presence.

Generate sales opportunities and secure customer commitments.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Qualifications

Previous call center, inside sales, outbound dialing, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to confidently handle objections and rejection while maintaining professionalism.

Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and CRM systems.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
