We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our one our client's multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will support licensed occupational therapists in delivering comprehensive therapy services to a diverse patient population.
- Location: Lawton, OK
- Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
- Shift: Days Start times are flexible base on the unit
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living and rehabilitation activities.
- Implement treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
- Assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
- Maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas.
