The Opportunity:We are seeking a passionate, clinical leader to step into a hybrid Clinical Supervisor role. This is a unique opportunity designed specifically for experienced LMFTs looking to transition into leadership or new supervisors eager to build their management portfolio.You will guide a small cohort of 5 dedicated pre-licensed therapists (LPMFTs) while maintaining a highly sustainable, low-burnout personal caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Supervision: Provide high-quality individual and strategic group clinical supervision to a dedicated team of 5 pre-licensed LPMFTs.
- Direct Care: Provide compassionate virtual therapy to a steady personal caseload of 15 clients per week.
- Administrative Oversight: Review and sign off on supervisee session documentation utilizing efficient, streamlined weekly spot-checks.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a supportive, collaborative virtual culture focused on clinical excellence and ethical practice.

Qualifications:
- License: Active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York (Required).
- Experience: Previous experience supervising or mentoring pre-licensed clinicians is a plus, but we are fully open to training a highly qualified, passionate LMFT stepping into their first formal supervisor role.
- Technical Savvy: High comfort level with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and managing remote communication tools.
- Location: Must reside in, or be fully licensed to practice in, New York.
