Every classroom needs someone who can walk in and just get it — that's our Resource Teacher. You'll float between classrooms (infants through preschool), stepping in wherever an extra pair of hands and a calm, familiar face is needed most.
What you'll do:
- Support lead teachers across different age groups throughout the day
- Help maintain ratios, routines, and a safe, engaging classroom environment
- Adapt quickly — no two days (or rooms) look the same
- Build real relationships with kids and staff, even on the go
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Comfortable working with a range of ages, from infants to preschoolers
- Flexible, dependable, and quick on your feet
- Willingness to meet Alabama DHR clearance and training requirements
