Commercial Fleet & Truck Manager

Pacifico Marple Ford is seeking an experienced Commercial Fleet & Truck Manager to lead and continue growing our commercial vehicle operation.
As a Top 15 Ford dealership, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong manufacturer relationships, and serving commercial customers throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. We are looking for a driven leader who is passionate about developing fleet relationships, expanding market share, and building a best-in-class commercial truck department.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow all aspects of the Commercial Fleet & Truck Department.
- Develop relationships with contractors, municipalities, fleet accounts, and commercial customers.
- Prospect new business through networking, referrals, and outside sales activities.
- Maintain and grow existing commercial accounts.
- Manage commercial inventory and work with management on ordering strategies.
- Oversee commercial truck sales from initial contact through delivery.
- Understand Ford Commercial programs, fleet incentives, financing options, and upfit solutions.
- Coordinate with body companies and commercial equipment vendors to meet customer needs.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Parts, and Service to provide an outstanding ownership experience.
- Meet and exceed sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and department growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial truck, fleet, or commercial automotive sales experience required.
- Ford Commercial experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated success developing business relationships and commercial accounts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
