We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist/Front Desk Associate to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Job Summary:
The Spa Receptionist/Front Desk Associate will manage the front desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional experience for all guests. This role involves scheduling appointments, handling payments, maintaining a clean and inviting space, and supporting retail sales. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a tranquil, fast-paced spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries about spa services (massage therapy, halotherapy, infrared sauna) and retail products.
- Schedule appointments using booking software, ensuring accurate and efficient management of therapist and room availability.
- Process payments, handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Promote and sell retail products, including wellness items, skincare, and spa-related merchandise, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and retail display area.
- Provide clients with information about services, packages, promotions, and membership options.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction.
- Handle client check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience.
- Address client concerns or complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as inventory tracking, restocking retail products, and maintaining client records.
- Ensure compliance with spa policies, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of or interest in wellness services (massage therapy, halotherapy, infrared sauna) is a plus.
· Sales experience or ability to promote retail products effectively.
· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Light lifting (up to 20 lbs) for restocking retail products or organizing supplies.
