Jobans Cleaning Professionals is seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy cleaners to join our team on an on-call basis.
This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible supplemental income. Work is assigned as cleaning jobs become available and may include residential cleaning, short-term rental turnovers, move-in/move-out cleaning, and deep cleaning services.
Important: This is an on-call position with no guaranteed weekly hours. Cleaners are contacted when assignments become available and may accept or decline jobs based on their availability.
Compensation
- Earn $70–$90 per cleaning job
- Compensation varies based on the size, scope, and complexity of the cleaning assignment
- Opportunities for increased earnings as the company grows and additional assignments become available
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards and client expectations
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, stovetops, microwaves, appliance exteriors, and cabinet fronts
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
- Dust furniture, baseboards, blinds, windowsills, ceiling fans, and other surfaces
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, stairs, and upholstered furniture as needed
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize hard-surface flooring
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Make beds and tidy living spaces when requested
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, detail cleaning, and removing buildup from surfaces
- Complete short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) turnover cleanings, including resetting the property for incoming guests, inspecting for damages, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance concerns
- Complete move-in and move-out cleanings, ensuring the property is thoroughly cleaned and ready for new occupants
- Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Communicate professionally with supervisors regarding job completion, issues, or special client requests
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in clients’ homes
- Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule
- Flexible schedule
- On-call / as-needed basis
- No guaranteed weekly hours
- Assignments offered based on client demand and cleaner availability
- Weekday and occasional weekend opportunities

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, standing, and reaching
- Residential, commercial, hotel housekeeping, Airbnb turnover, or janitorial experience preferred
- OSHA certification preferred but not required
Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per day
