Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
- Set up breakfast stations, including food displays, utensils, linens, and condiments to create an appealing presentation
- Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about food options, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness of all dining areas, including tables, counters, and serving stations, adhering to food safety standards
- Replenish food supplies promptly during service hours to ensure a continuous flow of offerings
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Support catering or banquet events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and cleanup
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles enhances your suitability for this position
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous banquet or hospitality experience is a plus
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is advantageous but not required
