Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery maintenance, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic environments.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits.
- Follow safety protocols and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning activities for larger projects or teams.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and janitorial procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, bending, and reaching.
- Basic familiarity with laundry operations and equipment is a plus.
- Certification or experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial services is advantageous.
