What is an Estimator?.... An auto body estimator is a professional responsible for assessing the damage to vehicles involved in accidents or other incidents. Their primary role is to inspect the vehicle, analyze the extent of the damage, and determine the repair costs.
Estimators use their expertise to evaluate the damage to the vehicle's body, frame, paint, and other components and provide estimates in CCC ONE or Mitchell Cloud Estimating for the cost and time required to repair the vehicle, including parts, labor, and materials.
The estimator is responsible for greeting customers, providing accurate automotive repair estimates in a DRP environment. In addition, they must handle communications with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the repair process effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
I-CAR courses available. CCC ONE & Mitchell Cloud Estimating experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Salary depends on experience. Medical and Vacation Benefits are available.
