We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PM Shipping Clerk to support evening warehouse and shipping operations. This role is critical in ensuring orders are properly organized, distributed, and processed to drive picking efficiency and overall operational flow. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and serve as a key communication link between departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
Responsibilities
- Organize and distribute all sales orders to optimize picking efficiency and workflow.
- Ensure orders are properly staged and prioritized to meet shipping timelines.
- Monitor order flow and proactively address any delays or discrepancies.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
- Handle emails and phone calls related to order processing, transfers, and shipping coordination.
- Assist in maintaining documentation for shipments, transfers, and operational tracking.
- Process and track transfers between locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administrative tasks including data entry, e-mails and phone calls.
- Processing of transfers between sites.
- Addressing concerns between various departments and shipping.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar role, in the same or similar industry preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- ERP system knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Sunday 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
