We are looking for 2 Real Estate Agent(s) where you will handle a mix of residential and commercial properties. This commission-based role offers up to 100% commission, valuable mentorship, lead generation support, and the opportunity to grow your real estate career.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads to build a strong client base
- Consult with clients to understand their property needs
- Conduct property showings for prospective buyers
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
- Analyze market data to advise clients accurately
- Manage property listings effectively
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in real estate sales
- State Real Estate License
- Knowledge of real estate transactions
- Proficient in lead generation and negotiation
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with sales techniques and marketing strategies
Pay: $49,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
