What You Will Do

Possesses thorough knowledge of the food menu to answer all questions from staff

Rotation of hot and cold stations

Daily prep for the day and week

Learning and execution of menu offerings

Performs opening and closing side work

Ensure work area complies with health codes at all times

What You Should Have
-
1 or more years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
-
A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position

Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time

PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight hours.

Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing high noise levels, bright lights, and dust, and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.
