Position Description
Hope Reins Christian Counseling Center is seeking a Christ-centered Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient private practice in Lake City, MN. We are currently hiring for full-time and/or part-time in-office positions.
We are a small "herd" of providers who value collaboration, encouragement, and supporting one another as we strive to serve our clients with compassion and Christ-like integrity. Hope Reins offers both traditional outpatient counseling and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) as a specialty service; however, applicants are not required to have experience in or interest in working within the EAP modality.

Position Duties
1) Provide outpatient mental health counseling services to populations such as children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
2) Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic interventions
3) Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and insurance requirements
4) Collaborate with clients, families, schools, medical providers, and other community resources as appropriate
5) Manage and maintain a caseload consistent with position expectations
6) Maintain a work-life balance that prioritizes faith and family while upholding professional commitments within the agreed upon position
7) Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and peer support opportunities
8) Integrate faith-based perspectives into treatment when appropriate and desired by clients
9) Uphold professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards in all aspects of practice
10) Contribute to a positive, collaborative practice culture that supports both clients and fellow providers
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
1) Strong desire and training to incorporate faith-based practices into various mental health counseling modalities
2) Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field
3) Current Minnesota licensure (or licensure-track status) as LPCC, LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent
4) Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
5) Ability to establish rapport and build trusting therapeutic relationships
6) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7) Strong organizational and time-management abilities
8) Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
9) Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered, and ethical care
10) Alignment with the Christian values and mission of Hope Reins Christian Counseling Center
11) Experience working with a variety of ages and presenting concerns is preferred but not required.
12) Interest in professional growth, lifelong learning, and collaborative care
13) Knowledge of and willingness to follow the American Association of Christian Counselors code of ethics

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
