Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure patients receive quality care.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
- Manage appointments: Obtain histories, medical record keeping, patient invoicing, and patient discharge.
- Ability to prioritize patient care.
- Calculate and administer drugs per Doctor request.
- Run anesthesia including induction, monitoring and recovery.
- Venipuncture (jugular, cephalic, lateral saphenous).
- Client education.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Scheduling for Doctors, surgery, technicians, and drop-off procedures
- Keeping treatment area and surgery clean.
- Dental prophylaxis.
- Discussing treatment plans with clients.
- Patient restraint.
Qualifications
- Preferred minimum 1 year experience
- Surgery and anesthesia experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers
- Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
