CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Our company is a well-established South Florida roofing contractor with decades of history and a strong reputation in the industry. We're looking to add a Construction Manager to our team to help oversee residential and commercial reroofing projects as well as new construction roofing work.
Job Duties:
- Project Oversight: Coordinate residential and commercial reroofing jobs from start to finish — including planning, on-site supervision, crew and job coordination, ordering materials, managing inspections, and other related duties
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients to deliver a high standard of service
- Uphold and promote our core values: integrity, safety, quality, and collaboration
Qualifications:
- 3-7+ years of experience in the roofing industry
- Highly reliable and accountable
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Solid management and leadership capabilities
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a positive attitude toward challenges
- Excellent work ethic
