About the Role
Kraus Marketing is seeking a Content Coordinator to support the creation and execution of content across social media, email, SEO, and digital campaigns. This role is equal parts writer and creator — you’ll produce copy, graphics, short-form video, and blog content that serves both brand and performance goals across a diverse client portfolio.
You’ll work closely with account managers, designers, and strategists to bring campaigns to life on time and on-brand, with a strong instinct for what resonates on each platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit copy for social media, email campaigns, blogs, website pages, and digital ads
- Create platform-native content including graphics, reels, and short-form video tailored to each channel’s format and audience
- Develop SEO-informed blog content aligned with client keyword strategies and editorial calendars
- Support email marketing production including copy, template builds, list segmentation, and deployment
- Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform algorithm shifts to keep content strategies current and competitive
- Maintain content calendars and coordinate with internal teams to meet publishing schedules
- Assist in brand voice development and ensure consistency across all client-facing content
- Support content performance reviews and apply findings to future creative decisions
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a content, copywriting, or social media role — agency experience preferred
- Strong writing skills across formats: social copy, long-form blog, email, and ad creative
- Hands-on experience creating and publishing content across major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and others)
- Proficiency with graphic design and/or short-form video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content supports search visibility
- Organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping quality
Preferred Experience
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Klaviyo — including campaign setup, copywriting, and strategy
- Familiarity with paid social advertising on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- Exposure to Google Analytics or other performance reporting tools
- Background in or strong understanding of social media strategy, not just execution
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
