Must be a licensed insurance professional (Florida 440 or 220 license preferred) Significant prior experience quoting and selling home and auto insurance is required — we prioritize proven track record and expertise over licensing alone
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a small team setting
