HOTWORX Swansea is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused sales associate to join our growing team. This role combines fitness support, customer service, sales, and community outreach to help grow studio membership and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities
Customer Service & Member Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Greet members warmly and create a welcoming studio environment
- Assist members with sauna and workout instructions
- Answer questions regarding workouts, memberships, retail products, hydration, and recovery
- Motivate members and promote participation in the HOTWORX Burn Off Challenge and HOTWORX App
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow all HOTWORX uniform and code of conduct policies
Sales & Membership Growth
- Sell memberships and achieve monthly sales goals
- Conduct daily outreach, prospecting, and follow-up activities
- Generate new leads through community outreach and promotions
- Accurately collect billing information and complete membership agreements
- Educate prospective and current members on all HOTWORX services, programs, and retail offerings
- Stay informed on current promotions and studio specials
Marketing & Prospecting
- Meet monthly prospecting requirements, including lead generation and guest pass returns
- Assist with social media engagement, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Update client tracking logs and prospecting systems daily
- Follow all studio marketing initiatives and utilize HOTWORX marketing tools consistently
- Support community events and outside promotional opportunities
Studio Operations
- Complete opening and closing duties, checklists, and end-of-day reports
- Follow all HOTWORX Swansea policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
Required Training & Certifications
- Complete HOTWORX Certification
- Maintain active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
- Complete in-studio sales training
- Complete all required HOTWORX University online courses
- Participate in all assigned team and corporate training sessions
