Brickyard Hollow Brewing Co. is looking to add Counter Help to our team at our Freeport location in Maine! The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, organized, and enjoys creating a great guest experience in a fast-paced, quick-service environment. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient counter service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments through Toast POS
- Answer guest questions about the menu, specials, and promotions
- Prepare and organize orders and deliver food and beverages to guests at their tables
- Check in with guests to ensure they have everything they need
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
- Clear and clean tables and restock service areas as needed
- Communicate with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered efficiently
- Complete daily cleaning and side work
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for guests and staff
Requirements

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, quick-service environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to safely lift and carry food and beverage items
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Craft beer knowledge is a plus, but we're happy to teach!
Starting Pay: $17/hour + tips
Pay: $17.00 per hour
