RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete maintenance requests and repairs in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on apartment buildings and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance issues
- Provide professional, resident-focused service
- Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable communities
QUALFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Maintenance experience preferred (2+ years preferred)
- Experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or related trades a plus
- Basic computer skills, including email, Outlook, and work order systems
- ·Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
