We are a small, concierge based practice with opportunities to grow. We recently won Best Medical Group OC. We currently collaborate with some of the leading surgeons in Orange County. Our practice is based on functional medicine which includes bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, IV nutrition, sports medicine, nutrition, anti-aging, and integrative medicine. Our team excels at customer service, welcoming each patient to feel like they are part of our family, and providing the best care possible. We all truly love what we do, have strong work ethics, and enjoy working together to make a difference in people's health. We have a small but mighty team of 3 medical assistants and 3 doctors, Dr. Lee, Dr. Singler, and Dr. Preston, and we are looking for someone to join our little family!

Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to use a multi-line phone system
- Accurately schedule/confirm all appointments and collect patient payments
- Greet patients, obtain a brief medical history and escort them to exam rooms
- Draw blood labs and specimen processing
- Subcutaneous and intramuscular injections
- Process and organize patient paperwork and medical charts
- Assists the physician in preparing for examination, procedures, and treatments
- Performs patient education and counseling when appropriate
- Takes inventory and replenishes supplies in exam and medical stock rooms
- Maintains confidentiality as it complies with HIPAA and practice guidelines
- Communicates effectively with physicians, co-workers, and patients

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
