Under the direct supervision of the Kitchen Manager, Cook, Manager and Assistant Manager, the Kitchen Dietary Aide of Hearthside Assisted Living will:
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations. (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
- Assist with cleaning, clearing and the setting up of resident tables during meals and snacks.
- Washing dishes from all meals and snacks.
- Preparation of all beverages for all meals and snacks.
- Report daily to the Kitchen Manager or Cook any items needing maintenance or attention.
- Complete all assigned cleaning tasks and follow the attached break down of job duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager, Cook and Manager.
