American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse - Pre-Operative with a GA or compact RN license and at least 2 years of recent specialty experience.

Pre-Op unit setting in a hospital environment

12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, with varying start times between 0530 and 1800
-
Deferred scheduling with a 36-hour weekly guarantee
-
No on-call requirements

Active GA or compact RN license

Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications

Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the Pre-Op specialty

Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered

Former permanent staff returning as travelers must wait 2 years before applying
