As a Medical Assistant at AFC of Tempe, you’ll be part of a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on root-cause, integrative healthcare. Your role goes beyond traditional clinical duties—you’ll support providers in delivering comprehensive care that improves long-term patient health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
- Perform nutrition and inflammation screenings
- Conduct environmental & food allergy testing
- Administer spirometry and vascular testing
- Support a team-based approach integrating medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, nutrition, and allergy care
- Deliver an exceptional, engaging patient experience
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical, chiropractic, or related healthcare setting
- Strong patient communication and engagement skills
- Interest in holistic, integrative, or functional medicine
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and reliability
- Energetic, positive, and passionate about helping patients improve their health

This Role May Not Be a Fit If:
- You prefer a traditional medical assistant role focused primarily on medications, surgery, or chronic disease management
- You are unavailable to work between 7:15 AM – 6:30 PM
