Heiser Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to connect with customers, schedule appointments, and help drive vehicle sales across one of Wisconsin's most respected dealer groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Lead Management
Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and text messaging
Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely, professional, and friendly communication
Schedule appointments for sales consultants and ensure consistent follow-up
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Following up with unsold opportunities to drive engagement and conversion
This is more than a traditional call-center role. You'll use video messaging, text communication, social media, and digital tools to create a modern, personalized car-buying experience.
