We'll cut to it.
Most job postings say "we're like a family." We're not going to do that. Families are complicated. What we will say is this: we're a team that shows up, picks up the phone, and doesn't pretend caregiving is easy while paying you like it is.
The Job in 30 Seconds:
You go to a person's home. You help them live there — not just exist there. You assist with meals, personal care, medication reminders, and housekeeping. You also do the thing no job description can fully capture: you make someone feel like they still matter. Because they do.
Schedule: You tell us when you're available. We actually listen. Part-time, full-time, weekends, overnights — we've got shifts that fit real life, not just the life of someone with zero obligations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has the patience of someone who's been on hold with the IRS and didn't hang up
- Can pivot from helping with a shower to hearing a 20-minute story about a fishing trip from 1974 — and genuinely enjoy both
- Doesn't need to be micromanaged. You walk in, you assess, you handle it
- Owns a vehicle that can survive I-80 in January without a prayer circle
- Can pass a background check (this is non-negotiable, no exceptions, no stories)
Experience Required:
Honestly? We care more about who you are than what's on your resume. CNA, HHA, or med aide experience is great. But if you're a parent who's been managing chaos for years, a volunteer who's spent time with seniors, or just someone who treats strangers with dignity — you're qualified. We train skills. We can't train character.
Red Flags We'll Spot Immediately:
You call in sick via text with no notice and think that's acceptable. You refer to clients as "the old lady on Oak Street." You think caregiving is beneath you. (It's beneath no one. Surgeons couldn't do this job.)
What's In It for You:
Competitive pay. Flexible hours. A management team that has actually done your job before and respects it. Referral bonuses. And the kind of job satisfaction that no amount of corporate ping-pong tables can replicate.
Apply now. We respond fast — because we know what it's like to apply somewhere and hear nothing for three weeks.
