Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical installations on commercial and industrial projects
- Interpret and execute based on blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety standards
- Perform system inspections and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Supervise apprentices and provide on-the-job training
- Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and subcontractors
- Manage project timelines and communicate material/tool needs
- Complete daily reports and ensure proper documentation of work
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Travel to job sites, including out-of-town projects with per diem
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
- Candidates with journeyman-level experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Company-paid training is available to help obtain journeyman license, provided they can show proof of completion of an approved apprenticeship program.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong working knowledge of NEC codes and commercial installation standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Proficient with conduit bending, panel wiring, and system troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, typical 8-hour shifts with occasional overtime as needed
Work Location
- Onsite projects primarily in Kansas City, Missouri
- Includes regional travel with per diem for qualifying assignments is required
