Job Description
Servo is building a new kind of residential lawn service powered by autonomous lawn mowers. We are hiring part-time Residential Marketers to help introduce the service to homeowners in North Seattle.
This is a flexible, outdoor, customer-facing role. You’ll work in assigned neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, explain Servo’s service, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
The work is straightforward: walk a defined route, knock on doors, have short conversations with homeowners, and log interested customers in our mobile system.
What You’ll Do
- Work 2–3 hour field marketing sessions in North Seattle neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about Servo’s autonomous lawn-care service
- Generate and accurately record qualified customer leads
- Follow assigned routes and neighborhood territories
- Use a mobile app to track houses, conversations, and leads
- Participate in initial field training with the Servo team
- Provide feedback on customer questions and reactions
Schedule
- Approximately 6–8 hours per week
- Typically 2-3 field sessions per week
- Flexible scheduling around school or other work
- Mostly early evening and weekend availability
Compensation
- $10 per qualified lead
- Target productivity is approximately 2 leads per hour
- Strong performers can earn meaningfully more based on results

Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly and comfortable speaking with new people
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Positive, professional, and not overly pushy
- Comfortable walking outdoors for 2–3 hours at a time
- Comfortable using a smartphone-based workflow
- Previous sales, canvassing, fundraising, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
