Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, managing customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical sales and have the ability to conduct product demos while developing business within assigned territories. This is an outside sales rap postion. we are also offering salary based off experience
Duties
- Engage in cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through closing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities through territory sales efforts.
- Utilize effective communication skills to present products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong skills in lead generation and business development.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
