Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish clinical diagnoses

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes

Directly supervise PTAs, ensuring treatments align with the plan of care and regulatory standards

Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and clinical oversight to PTAs

Conduct reassessments and supervisory visits to ensure patient progress and quality outcomes

Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for both your care and PTA services

Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are consistently followed
