Blue River EyeCare is a busy Optometry practice located in Marysville, KS.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our growing team. Job duties will be customized to the applicant, but an outgoing and fun personality is most important for this position. We will train the right person. Computer knowledge is required.
Job duties will include some combination of:
- Greet patients in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner
- Schedule patient appointments
- Collect patient payments
- Properly fit, verify and dispense eyewear
- Assist patients with styling and ordering eyewear
- Adjust glasses for patients
- Keep frame displays clean and tidy to maintain professional environment
- Order and dispense contact lenses
- Perform pre-testing for doctor's examination
- Perform diagnostic testing
- Perform Tonometry, Auto-refraction, Topography, Visual Field screening and Retinal imaging
- Enter data and imaging to patient chart using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Coordinate patient care with referring providers
- Maintain office cleanliness
