Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a supportive school district in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students in Early Intervention and Autism programs during the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while providing behavioral support services to preschool-aged students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Position Details:
- Contract Assignment: August 31, 2026 - June 11, 2027
- 35 hours per week | 7 hours per day
- School-year schedule
- Pay Rate: $54 - $59 per hour
Program Overview
Early Years Program (EYP):
The Early Years Program serves preschool-aged children and families within the School District. Classrooms include students with identified disabilities as well as community peer.
Autism Services:
Autism Services provides a continuum of supports for students on the autism spectrum, ranging from itinerant services to specialized autism support classrooms located throughout the district.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide behavioral consultation and support to educational teams
- Analyze student data and monitor progress toward goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, and families
- Train and support staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and educational planning
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification/Licensure
- Master's Degree in a related field, including: Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Services, or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of three years of experience working directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or severe disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Early Intervention experience preferred
- Knowledge of autism support programming preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
