SERVER — NEW RESTAURANT OPENING
Wayne Avenue Family Diner is coming soon to Chambersburg! We are opening in the former Bob Evans location on Wayne Avenue and expect to be a very busy, fast-paced restaurant.
We are currently hiring experienced servers for both full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for strong, dependable and reliable individuals who provide excellent customer service and work well as part of a team.
REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have at least one year of serving experience
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Holiday availability is mandatory
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable, punctual and able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
PRE-OPENING PREPARATION:
Before opening day, team members will have opportunities to come into the restaurant to become familiar with our menu, learn the restaurant setup and practice using the Toast POS system.
The more prepared, involved and familiar you are with the menu and POS system before opening, the better prepared you will be to begin serving customers. Participation, reliability and preparedness during the pre-opening period will be considered when creating the initial schedule and assigning hours.
We anticipate being extremely busy when we open, so we need experienced servers who are ready to work hard, learn quickly and provide excellent service from opening day forward.
