Dispensary Agent at Cultivate Spring Mountain Dispensary

Overview:
We are looking for a professional and customer-service-oriented Dispensary Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their cannabis journey, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining a positive retail environment.
Schedule & Requirements:
- Availability: Open availability; Weekends Required. Typically scheduled 5pm-1:30am Tuesday-Saturday
- Required Work Cards: Nevada CCB Dispensary Agent Card
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service and educational guidance to customers and medical patients.
- Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain an organized facility, including the retail and lobby areas.
- Stay up-to-date on cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
- Ensure full compliance with Nevada CCB, State and Local Regulations and company SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Experience with POS systems (Dutchie a plus).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a "team player" attitude.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
