Support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing, communications, digital design, and community engagement initiatives.
- Create compelling content across digital and traditional channels

Manage campaign assets and analytics

Support events and volunteerism

Serve as a project liaison, coordinating timelines, reporting progress to the Director of Marketing, and contributing to successful execution of cross-functional marketing and community relations projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Plan and support marketing events, develop event promotion strategies, coordinate marketing materials, manage merchandise and swag inventory, and support event logistics.

Write, edit, and maintain clear, accurate, and engaging marketing communications that reflect the organization’s brand voice, member-focused messaging, and communication priorities
Create and produce branded creative assets ensuring materials are visually consistent, accessible, grammatically sound, aligned with brand standards, and appropriate for the intended audience and communication channel.

Collaborate with internal departments, leadership, and external partners to support project execution, serve as a project liaison, and report progress, updates, risks, and outcomes back to the manager.
Maintain brand consistency across digital and traditional communications while identifying opportunities to enhance audience engagement, strengthen visibility, expand market reach, and support successful execution of cross-functional initiatives.
Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness, audience behavior, engagement, conversion metrics, and overall impact.
Develop reports, dashboards, data summaries, and recommendations to support data-informed marketing decisions, project updates, and continuous improvement.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and success measures for marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, member engagement, product promotions, and organizational goals.
Requirements:
At least three years of similar or related experience.
A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
- Strong writing skills and experience with data analysis

Demonstrated strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
