Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed effectively in retail environments, adhering to planograms and schematics. Your keen eye for visual design and ability to understand market trends will help enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
Duties
- Collaborate with store management to optimize product displays that attract customers and stimulate sales.
- Conduct regular audits of merchandise displays to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
- Supervise merchandising activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding inventory levels, stock issues, and merchandising needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and store personnel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sales and understanding customer behavior is highly desirable.
- May occasionally lift 50lbs
- Must be REAL ID Compliant
