As a Permanency Supervisor, you will lead and support a team dedicated to helping children achieve what every child deserves a safe, stable, and permanent family connection. Through mentorship, guidance, and oversight, you'll ensure children and families receive high-quality services while empowering staff to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve. Your leadership will help create pathways to permanency, belonging, and brighter futures.

What You Bring
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with at least two years of Human Services experience
- Experience working with children and families in foster care, adoption, child welfare, or related human services settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to mentor and develop staff while maintaining service quality and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license, insurance, registration, and reliable transportation
What Puts You Ahead
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in child welfare or permanency services
- Experience supporting adoption, foster care, kinship, or permanency programs
- Strong understanding of state regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in child welfare
- Ability to navigate complex family situations while maintaining a child-centered focus
