Twin City Staffing is hiring an electronic test technician to support circuit board testing and quality assurance efforts. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on PCB experience, strong attention to detail, and an interest in troubleshooting and improving electronic assembly processes.
Location: Plymouth, MN
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm, Friday: 7:00 am – 11:00 am
Pay: $23 – $24 per hour

Duties of the electronic test technician:
- Test PCB assemblies using various equipment
- Identify and correct issues in non-conforming products
- Process customer returns and complete repairs
- Assist in developing custom test fixtures
- Maintain and update test procedures and documentation
- Provide technical input to improve processes and assembly
- Uphold 5S standards in the QA test area
Requirements of the electronic test technician:
- 1–2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing or electronic assembly
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-600 standards
- Ability to interpret assembly drawings and documentation
- Understanding of ESD-safe handling practices
