EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position focuses on helping older adults access services and providing support through assessments, transportation assistance, and general information sharing. As a Aging Case Aide 2, you will perform the following duties:

Assessment Support: Conduct basic assessments and gather information to help identify consumer needs

Consumer Assistance: Provide transportation help, prepare applications, and share information about available services

Record Keeping: Maintain files, upload documents, and support staff with forms and reports

Community Coordination: Work with agencies and organizations to support program progress and consumer access to services

Communication Duties: Make phone calls, send documents, and speak with consumers in a clear and helpful way

Clerical Tasks: Complete general office tasks such as filing and preparing routine reports
Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

After hours and on-call duties may be required.

Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
