Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Be Well Esthetic, INC. is a premium Med Spa located in the Miami area. We specialize in providing exceptional, high-quality aesthetic treatments and transformative results. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Certification. the MA certification is required to assist our medical providers with specific clinical protocols, including blood collection for advanced aesthetic treatments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Patient Education: Provide clients with adequate information relative to skin care and the best ways to maintain their health.
- Clinical Assistance (MA Duties): Perform blood samples for patients in a safe environment, prepare patients prior to collection, and properly label and store blood samples for analysis.
- Procedural Support: Collaborate directly with physicians and other healthcare professionals in aesthetic procedures requiring blood collection (such as PRP/PRF).
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment is in good condition, strictly follow hygiene protocols, and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with all health regulations.
- Administration & Patient Care: Manage appointments, maintain accurate records of treatments performed and samples collected, ensure patient confidentiality, and offer compassionate, professional VIP care.
Required Qualifications (Strict Requirements):
- Dual Credentials Required: You MUST hold an active Florida Facial Specialist (Esthetician) License AND a Medical Assistant Certification/Diploma.
- Aesthetic Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with our clientele.
- Customer Service: Excellent personal presentation, a commitment to staying updated on new cosmetology techniques , and strong sales skills to earn your 3% commission on products and packages.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
